"The radiator in my daughter's room fell off the wall (on it's own- I didnt sit on it I swear!) over the summer and had to be capped and the mount reinforced before it could be remounted and plumbed in. Being super "eventually I will get round to it" (lazy) I still hadnt had it reconnected but after the freezing temperatures at the weekend I started to feel a little guilty (she's 18 and has multiple.hotwater bottles so don't call child services!)By 10am on Monday the RLR guys were round to take a look at it - turned out to be slightly more complicated than I had led them to believe - however... No problem for them! They nipped away, grabbed the necessary parts, drained the system and reconnected everything and the heating was back on by half 11. Hey Presto - warm house, happy daughter, hypothermia avoided.Can't recommend this company enough. Lovely engineers, amazing 'not a problem' approach and a speedy service that in my experience can't be beaten. 11 out of 10 for everything! Thank you RLR."
